Responsabilities :

  • Manage interactions with HR Clusters / Divisions / HQ;
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in SSC;
  • Monitor recruitment process, on boarding and contract administration;
  • Manage exit interviews and action plans;
  • Monitor compensations & Benefits for SSC team;
  • Monitor appraisal process and support Team leaders in appraisal, people review, salary review;
  • ManageSSCcompetencydevelopmentandidentifycoachingandtrainingneeds;
  • Prepare HR SSC reporting;
  • Manage contacts and HR requests from employees;
  • Manage relations with payroll providers and local recruitment agencies;
  • Support SSC lead in preparing communication plans (internal and external);
  • Implement global HR initiatives.
  • Requirements :

  • Degree in management, human resources, social sciences or similar;
  • At least 5 years' experience in a multicultural environment;
  • Experience within a shared service environment would be a plus;
  • Experience in people management of 3 years minimum;
  • Fluent in English, in French is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of labor law;
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
  • Rigorous, strong analytical capabilities and ability to solve problems;
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, andanticipate;
  • Teamwork, goodcommunicationskillsandassertiveness;
  • Adaptability, autonomy, and proactiveness;
  • Strong commitment, motivation, and high enthusiasm;
  • Pack Office, HR IT tools and PHC (appreciated);
  • In order to interact with group stakeholders, you are fluent in English, French is a plus.
