Estamos à procura de Analistas / Técnicos de Suporte e implementação de Sistemas de Billing

O Desafio :

  • Liaise with product manager to clarify billing requirements for the Truphone for Business product segment;
  • Design and configure our billing solution to adhere with the product specifications and finance requirements;
  • Assist the roadmap management with quality estimates promoting an effective management of expectations;
  • Accountable for the outcomes of his work, and for the effectively working end-to-end flows;
  • Strong contributor to roadmap implementation allowing a continuing and fast evolution of the solution. Be able to deliver small incremental features often;
  • Collaborate with other team members and contribute to a common code repository;
  • Promote overall quality of the solution and ensure high performance;
  • Document the solution and flows;
  • Competências Técnicas :

  • Experience with design, configuration and / or operations of billing systems in a telecom environment;
  • Practical user experience with Billing integration to other systems including Provisioning, Mediation, Rating, CRM
  • Knowledge and understanding of the contents of billing CDRs (Call Detail Records) from various network elements / gateways;
  • Good understanding of billing processes, mobile roaming inter-operator charging (TAP files and NRTRDE), wholesale billing and reconciliation processes
  • Experience in offline and online mobile services charging
  • Experience in distributed systems and service design;
  • Familiar with collaborative development tools and processes;
  • Familiar with CI / CD flows and Git;
  • Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems;
  • Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process;
  • Ability to work autonomously but reach out immediately if blocked;
  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset;
  • Effective communication skills : Regularly achieve consensus with peers and clear status updates;
  • An inclination towards communication, inclusion, and visibility;
  • Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with other parts of the organization;
  • Share our values, and work per those values;
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
  • Good understanding of cloud services and scalable infra-structure.
