Provide accurate information about products, services or questions to users of information systems
Log requests, incidents, and issues reported by users
Track orders, incidents, and issues by giving feedback to users
Handle request, incident and problem records by recording the events / actions associated with their resolution
Support users in the use of information systems
Perform remote analysis and diagnostics
Interact with internal teams for rapid order fulfillment and resolution of reported incidents and issues
Get feedback / suggestions from clients / users to the appropriate internal staff
Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures
12th Year, Similar Professional Course
Experience in Information Technology
Experience in answering via telephone, via internet or via remote support software
Experience with ticketing tools
Good knowledge of Microsoft environments, namely Windows 7 / 10 and Office365
Knowledge of communication networks and protocols, namely TCP / IP
Knowledge of Mac OS, Android, Unix and Linux systems
Knowledge of Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Sharepoint, Exchange, SQL , SCCM)
Good knowledge of English, spoken and written
Mastery of Office tools (word, excell, power point, visio, project) and ITSM tools (OTRS, Remedy, ServiceNow, ZenDesk)
ITIL Foundations training is a plus
