What you will do

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with countries to implement and adopt global capabilities related to web and customer platforms, and obtain / refine business requirements to define global roadmaps
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (such as Global Service Center, Campaign Operations and Privacy) to build, implement and improve existing capabilities, processes, and services
  • Facilitate and coordinate global processes, ensure guideline adherence, and troubleshoot issues with the Global Service Center (or GSC), Information Systems or Digital, Technology & Innovation (DTI) and countries
  • What we expect of you

    Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or University Degree in Commerce, Economics or Information Systems / Computer Science and 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing
  • Good understanding of (agile) software development and (technical) knowledge of marketing technologies (Sitecore, Google Analytics, Marketing Cloud, Veeva, etc.)
  • Curious and detail-oriented self-starter with a high degree of initiative and the ability to effectively prioritize competing business priorities in a complex enterprise environment
  • Sound leadership, collaborating, and influencing skills, capable of achieving goals and results in a highly matrixed and evolving environment.
  • Natural team player who is comfortable working within multi-disciplinary groups
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project- and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Hands-on experience with multiple marketing technologies and ecosystems (Sitecore, Google Analytics, Marketing Cloud, Veeva, etc.)
  • Drive / Lead (technical) teams in a matrix environment towards task completion and challenge technical proposals
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers, technical teams and third parties to make (technical) trade-offs / decisions based on business value
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
