Function :

We are looking for a Finance Director to supervise all financial tasks of our company and ensure we use capital and resources beneficially.

You will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations.

A director of finance is a reliable professional with broad knowledge to all accounting, financial and business principles.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience crafting financial strategies and managing accounting teams. Ultimately, you will maintain our company’s financial health and increase profitability in the long run.

Responsabilities :

  • Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks;
  • Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems;
  • Allocate resources and manage cash flows;
  • Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances;
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
  • Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations;
  • Leads the relationships and negotiations with banks and Insurance Companies;
  • Ensures the final verification of payroll and all payments to Employees (e.g. expenses);
  • Process other financial compensations or deductions (e.g. annual bonuses, severance pay, taxes, worker’s compensation);
  • Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines;
  • Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met;
  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
  • Requirements :

  • Proven work experience as a Head of Finance, Director of Finance or similar role (minimum 10 years);
  • Academic qualifications in management, economic, finance or relevant field; MSc / MA is a plus;
  • Relevant qualification / Certified Accountant;
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software;
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
  • High command of English, both written and orally; an additional foreign language is an advantage;
  • An analytical mind with a strategic ability;
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Team Player.
