  • Definition and implementation of HR policies and business strategies along with Iberia;
  • Ensure timely and efficient flow of information from HR to Payroll with cooperation with finance;
  • Maintain and update the HR database, holiday schedule and absence profiles for weekly paid staff;
  • Supervision of the Labour relations strategies in very difficult environment and interaction with labour Authorities;
  • Harmonization of local policies with global policies; Developing and implementing strategies of Labour relation, compensation plans and policies, total compensation statements, payroll review and effectiveness, R&S, career development, assessment centres and personnel planning.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field;
  • At least 3 years experience in HR position in a multinational company;
  • Knowledge of labour law; Know-how of definitions and implementation of HR policies;
  • Fluent in English and good knowledge of Spanish;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet required deadlines;
  • Available to travel if required.
