Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
Provide strategic support for Windows and Active Directory services as needed;
Manage / Implement Windows and Active Directory projects;
Support the Service Manager / Team Lead in delivering services to end customers;
Support with the coordination, preparation, presentation and implementation of proposals;
Play the role of expert for troubleshooting issues related to Windows and Active Directory;
Manage, prioritize and execute tasks assigned to Windows and Active Directory services as needed (includes service requests, changes, incidents, project tasks and others as needed).
Main Technical Requirements :
10+ years of experience as a systems administrator in medium / large organizations;
Solid experience and knowledge with Windows Server;
Excellent knowledge of Active Directory;
Previous experience with SCCM.
Other Requirements :
Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
Experience in functional development;
Good proficiency in English.
