The security space is a key differentiator for Nokia and the possibilities to define and create a business with innovative as-a-service security solutions are near infinite.

This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of customer pain points to identify market / competitive trends and drive new product opportunities.

As a Head of PLM, you will shape the future of Nokia’s Cybersecurity products in the 5G and SaaS era. As the business lead, you will :

Lead the SaaS cybersecurity product management team in establishing and executing a competitive and modern offering roadmap

Drive product growth and profitability, accountable to meet or exceed financial targets

Own the vision, strategy, business case and roadmap for new SaaS cybersecurity products

Drive Nokia’s Security SaaS ecosystem & marketplace, in coordination with Nokia’s SaaS and strategy teams and industry partners

Represent the business towards customers & provide an interface to sales and pre-sales, including customer facing engagements as a subject matter expert

Create a Security product start-up incubator in coordination with Engineering and Services

Drive thought leadership with customers, associations, media, analysts and partners

Your skills and experience

You have :

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent

15+ years of experience leading global teams, with P&L accountability

Experience on the Cybersecurity or Telecommunication industries

Experience creating a SaaS business and developing cloud-native products

Strong people management with excellent coaching / mentoring skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Security certifications like CISSP, CEH, CISM are a plus
