Manpower is recruiting a Polish language Customer Support Advisor to represent one of Europe’s largest online-only retail companies by delivering outstanding customer service queries with clarity, passion and enthusiasm.
Help customers with purchases, complaints, deliveries;
Assist customers regarding shipping and delivery and also with questions to products on website;
Aim to resolve issues by email and chat;
Answer payment and invoice queries.
What we are looking for
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Polish;
Knowledge in English (B1 level minimum);
Availability to work various shifts;
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
