Who you are :

Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian, French, German, Dutch or Russian;

Good understanding of English;

Previous experience in Customer Service is valued;

Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customeroriented;

Flexibility in the schedules.
