We are now looking for a Service Manager that is willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Are you the one? :

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth
  • Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
  • Assist in staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion, retention, and termination activities
  • Ensure that team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence
  • Develop process improvements to achieve cost-effectiveness and time saving
  • Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations
  • Develop and maintain all documentation related to service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Conduct team meetings on a regular basis to discuss project issues and status, in order to ensure that the team follows best practices and maintain service level agreements
  • Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation plans
  • Work with the team to develop problem management and service improvement plans, based on root cause analysis
  • Organizational and time management skills need to be also autonomous and have leadership
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Plus : English B, Spanish C
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience on the Job
  • Academic and / or Training Certification aligned to address IT Service Management
  • ITIL Certification
