We are now looking for a Service Manager that is willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.
Are you the one? :
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns
Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth
Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
Assist in staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion, retention, and termination activities
Ensure that team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence
Develop process improvements to achieve cost-effectiveness and time saving
Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations
Develop and maintain all documentation related to service procedures, policies, and standards
Conduct team meetings on a regular basis to discuss project issues and status, in order to ensure that the team follows best practices and maintain service level agreements
Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation plans
Work with the team to develop problem management and service improvement plans, based on root cause analysis
Organizational and time management skills need to be also autonomous and have leadership
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Plus : English B, Spanish C
At least 4 years of relevant experience on the Job
Academic and / or Training Certification aligned to address IT Service Management
