We are building up an Expert team to support the Operations team in different Workstreams In general, we expect you to have : 4+ Years General knowledge across all Workday functional areas 3+ Years Specific knowledge in Workday Compensation, ideally for various companies / clients Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service Workday Trainings / certifications in focus area Working together with the Functional Process Owners and the Compensation Operations Team for Workday will comprise : Discover and analyze complex issues in the system and review solution approaches Identify and design improvements within the existing Compensation Configuration Focus to secure global system and process stability Collaboration with Workdays Product Roadmap to identify beneficial Compensation related product enhancements and prepare implementation within the Release Management Technically Advise and Consult Functional Process Owner incl.
solution design Define, manage and execute Proof-of-concepts (POCs) Collaboration with other customers to provide knowledge and respond to inquiries Guide Operations Team along operational tasks like Incident and Service Request Management Documentation of activities according to the compliance framework Specific skills : Excellent Knowledge in Compensation elements, Compensation guidelines incl.
specifics as compensation grades / grade profiles / grade steps / hierarchy, Compensation Plans incl. bonus & allowance plans and specifics like salary, allowances, One Time Payment Plans, Period Salary Plans, Calculated Plans, Plan eligibility rules, compensation data / dashboards, merit planning Experience in analyzing complex system issues and executing necessary solution approaches by ensuring system compliance Experience supporting or implementing Workday Compensation for enterprises Strong analytical and communication skills combined with a good understanding of a larger application and process landscape Analytic skills to identify root-causes based on system data as well as Knowledge in Managing HR Master Data in Workday Language : Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have) Diversity at Siemens is our source of creativity and innovation.
