Responsible for providing technical support to resolve incidents in Jira and Confluence
Resolve incident tickets in Jira and Confluence reported by the whole Tech team (infrastructure, software, data, service management, internal IT etc.)
Reports based on Jira data, Perform root cause analysis, debugging and troubleshooting through JIRA and Confluence
