We are currently developing a recruitment process for Ticket Management & Quality Assurance, for a client in the technological sector, located in Porto.

We are looking for professionals with good knowledge of German (level B1 / Intermediate - mandatory requirement); experience in functions related to quality assurance or tickets or tester / automation or bugs or defects.

  • The company values (but not mandatory / eliminatory factors) knowledge of ticket management processes; knowledge of Atlassian Jira;
  • knowledge of test automation (example : Selenium or others). The company works with the latest technologies and according to agile methodologies (Scrum; Kanban).
