What you will do
Coordinate, guide, and mentor the Platform Team on the execution of all platform related business and operational activities to deliver Hugo Boss Customer and Brand Standards.
Act as a single point of contact for mid to complex system administration or conceptual activities, including troubleshooting.
Lead complex and non-standard platform configuration as well as the management of large and complex integrative projects.
Responsible to breakdown and executing on platform level all business, operational, and omnichannel planned activities and campaign.
Responsible for overseeing the end to end planned release cycle and fixes.
Collaborate and support the Team Lead in improving business, operational and technical processes, as well as scaling individual or collective competences.
Support the Team Lead in strategic business and operational planning of the team.
Active stakeholder management across the business and operational contribution teams and departments.
What you’ll bring
5-8 years of experience in managing as a key power user best-in-class E-Commerce Platform Management system like Salesforce, ideally 3 years at a senior level.
Completed relevant university degree in, for example, computer science or engineering.
Good overview of latest web standards and core system landscape.
Proven experience and passion for e-commerce.
Proven communication skills and a solution-focused mindset.
Ability to work in the English language with strong written and oral communication skills German is a plus .
Nice to Have
Fluency in other (European) languages besides English, such as French, Spanish or German.
Experience within the retail and fashion industry.
Experience within international environments, consultancies, or a start-up environment.
