Job Description
Shape the future : You engineer an innovative ADAS Sensor to enable automated driving.
As a product owner, you assume technical responsibility for a SCRUM development team, contribute your creative ideas, your problem-solving skills and experience, and design a new radar sensor for the autonomous driving of the future;
You coordinate and plan content in close cooperation with customers, product management their implementation in the management team and the architects;
In addition, you are responsible for the definition of epics, user stories and their acceptance criteria;
You develop the product vision and roadmap together with the management team;
Reporting project progress to management and support in planning processes (business planning, product strategy, resources) is part of your task;
Reporting on project progress to senior management is part of your leadership repertoire.
Qualifications
Personality : You are highly self-motivated, proactive, flexible, quality- and customer-oriented, reliable team player;

Working method : structured, networked, reflected, responsible-minded, having excellent work organization and communication skills;
you are able to learn on yours and team failures to enable continuous improvement;
Experience : You have significant experience in SW Engineering in agile environment as a product owner; knowledge of automotive / embedded systems, test driven development, rapid prototyping is a plus;
Know-how : You have knowledge in embedded C / C++programming, Ethernet protocols, continuous Integration &agile Methods;
you understand relationships inside of a system and you have a interest in collaboration with HW and firmware to provide a SW which fulfills customer requests, Autosar and automotive basis software (e.
g.diagnosis, error management, communication) is a plus.
Languages : You have very good written and verbal communication skills in English, you are able to read between the lines and understand the value of non verbal communication;
Skills in German is a plus.
Education : You have a Bachelor, M.Sc. or PhD in Computer Science, Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field.
