Our client is an international Financial Institution that is recruiting a Legal Counsel.

Your new role

As a Legal Counsel and reporting directly to the Head of Legal of the Institution the Candidate will be responsible for giving legal advice to various areas, including, business areas.

The Candidate will draft and negotiate the different agreements such as Bilateral and syndicated credit agreements, guarantees and securities agreements, trade finance and documentary credits, ISDA and other derivatives master agreements, derivative confirmations, and Structured notes.

What you'll need to succeed

The Candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Law a and proven experience of approximately 3 years, after the Bar Association exam.

The Candidate should be self-driven, communicative, team player with the ability to build effective teams, have leadership competences and proactive.

The Candidate shall be fluent in English, this is a mandatory requirement.
