Requirements

Native / near-native level in GermanB2-level English skillsStrong phone contact handling and active listening skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectivelyExceptional problem-solving and ability to respond to different types of charactersAdaptive skills and team spiritPrevious customer support experience in a relevant role will be considered an advantage
