Job Overview and Responsibilities
to be the authorizations owner of specific applications in order to determine processes,procedures, and transition operational activities to our external partners.
This ownership(E2E accountability) covers the external partners activities : monitoring / follow-up, andultimate point of contact for escalations either from the Business, or from the externalPartners, in strong coordination with the Authorization Transformation & Delivery Manager.
to improve the methods, tools and procedures currently in use to enhance the effectiveness,efficiency and compliance of authorization processes to actively participate in the authorizations digital transformation by identifying, designing andimplementing digital initiatives within our identity and access management landscape.
The job contributes to ensure data integrity, availability and confidentiality in accordance withbusiness needs, Solvay security policy and other internal / external regulationsThe key activities are : Understand functional requirements related to accesses and compliance Design, test and build technical solutions to assure data security Contribute to the building of process by setting up the right accesses for each process actor Produce & maintain documentation related to accesses, including internal and third partyoperational procedures.
Lead activities related to data security and access management during projectimplementation Deliver training to key-users and external partners.
Education and Experience
Including Incidents, Problems Management and Project Implementation.- Experience supporting SAP business and technical projects- Knowledge on identity management life cycle processes- Knowledge of data security, segregation of duties and risks management principles and how itimpacts the operations- Understanding of export control security requirements in a SAP landscape (ITAR, EAR)- Experience in project management and in an international environment would be a plus- ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ITIL
