Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
adidas Global Business Services (GBS) delivers high quality services for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Retail Accounting, eCommerce Accounting and other Finance processes as well as HR Services for adidas companies located in EMEA, Americas and APAC.
Support all aspects of Rewards implementation for the Market, International Mobility, eHR, Compensation & Benefits as well as HR Administration and Payroll.
Participate in the development of, implement and manage rewards tools, programs and processes on a market or country level.
Key Responsibilities :
Comply with local government reporting and filing regulations and requirements for all rewards matters
Provide functional support and training to local users, and submit issues
Ensure adherence of contracts to local and global policies as well as legal requirements
Maintain and administrate data of HR systems
Execute payroll service including labour cost control. payroll tools, payroll reports (Globally and Locally)
Execute processes to ensure the correct remuneration is paid to all employees, identifying efficiencies where possible
Communicate / assess legal requirements and tax implications to employees in matters relating to remuneration
Provide local statutory reporting as required
Maintain relationship with local administration

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
Very good association and experience with payroll solutions and regulations, ideally with SAP HR
Strong communicator and flexible personality (empathic)
Teamwork skills, but also comfortable with self-dependent work

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
University degree in Labour Relations and HR or related to business.
Energetic team player & creative mindset.
Excellent communication skills & strong customer focus.
Fluent Spanish & English (written / verbally).
Microsoft Office medium knowledge (mainly in Excel and Power Point).
3 years of previous experience.
