Our Great Opportunity

We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations Support for the coordination, support, and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities.

You will benefit of a personal professional learning plan to help you accomplish the desired career path.

You will make a difference- driving impact by looking for ways to continually improve our day to day activities

You will :

Be the first point of contact for specific software and hardware solutions delivered to customers.

Be responsible for opening trouble tickets, initiation of the critical issue of incidents, and receiving orders requests from the customer in various types of applications.

Be in charge of alarm monitoring in IT / Telecom networks.

Offer support to the field engineers during their actions (by phone and e-mail)

What we are looking for :

Graduates with a powerful desire to learn about telecommunication networks.

Proficiency in English and knowledge of French (all levels) B2 level

Availability to work in shifts (day and night).

Perseverance, initiative, self-confidence, and practical spirit.

Communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task

The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn!
