The role is demanding, diverse and involves,Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancyManaging the pool and identify needs according to the received requestsReceiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and tests and creating a shortlist of candidatesRequesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the operationBriefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in questionOrganizing interviews for candidates as requestedInforming candidates about the results of their interviewsWorking towards and exceeding targetsKnowledge / Skills / AbilitiesTo be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of Recruitment Process with excellent verbal and written communication skills,Proven work experience as an international recruiterFamiliarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow up)Excellent communication skillsAbility to plan, multi-
