the best-loved video streaming website in the world.
You will be responsible for creating reports of data analysis and assist in optimizing the operating model, as well as assuring the support lines availability in real-time.

Preferred experience on ACD switches like Avaya CMS, Symposium, Verint
Fluent in Portuguese (C1) & English (B2)
Able to communicate with all levels of management
Strong fundamental knowledge of Call Center Operations & Calculations
Proficient knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Able to adapt quickly to changes in workflows
Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking and prioritization
Providing insights and support in the creation of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Business Reviews
Creating Impact Assessments based on specific factors
Proactively identifying trends or operational risks based on data analysis and insights.
Handling ad hoc requests from Managers and Operation Leads
Prioritizing work based on key business needs at all times, supporting operations on an ongoing basis
Maintaining an understanding of and passion for client products and industry in order to maximize relevance and value delivered
