About the role

Propose and execute category management and trade marketing activities for defined area of responsibility in Portugal. Develop Portugal assortment and plans for the E-Commerce channel and support their implementation in the key customers.

What you will do

  • Apply category management way of working including supporting category planning process, analyzing category price and promotion activities and preparing recommendations for promotions, merchandising, assortment and customer marketing plans in Portugal.
  • Develop, propose tailored customer marketing plans and lead implementation of customer specific shopper activation plans in Trade Marketing related to relevant 7P for all channels, including promotion management, shopper input for packaging development, product launch and re-launch, communication to customers and shoppers, and input into account planning.
  • Ensure a robust ROI model, incl. KPIs for relevant dimensions in key Portuguese customers (Sonae & Pingo Doce), evaluate and follow up proposing corrective actions.
  • Plan and manage related budgets by customers.
  • E-commerce :
  • Responsible of E-commerce strategy and defining 7P’s direction. Regional key contact for European network.
  • Define & lead shopper content management process and ensure e-retailer specific local shopper content requirements for the key customers (Sonae, Auchan Portugal, ECI Portugal, Pingo Doce).
  • Define, negotiate and implement assortment and promotional plan in Sonae, Auchan PT and Pingo Doce. For the rest key customers only support the promotional plan.
  • Assure coordination with key accounts of the full on and offline promotions plans to meet E-Commerce needs and support brand campaigns to create 360 communication towards the online shopper.
  • Analyze the main promotions in Sonae, Auchan PT.
  • Define the tracking of the channel and share its overview, using database such as customers sellout, Nielsen and / or Edge Digital Shelf.
  • Who you are

    Economics or Marketing Degree

    Pack office Advanced Level in Excel and Power Point

    2 years experience in similar area

    Fluent in Spanish and / or English (ideally in both of them)

    Creativity

    Organizational Skills

    E-commerce Skills
