What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Sr. Program & Change Manager to be part of the CEO Office team.

The CEO office team is dedicated to supporting the CEO with decision-making, day-to-day management of the organization, and execution of strategic priorities.

The Office of the CEO interacts with staff from a wide cross-section of the organization and is either leading or sponsoring a set of initiatives that towards tuning OutSystems in the most innovative organization in the world, a company that focuses on the customer, has tremendous growth and where everybody can learn to be the best they can be.

This office also supports the CEO with Board of Director engagements and in institucional affairs.

  • Reporting to the CoS to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading the Key Transformation Initiatives that will be driven by the CEO Office Team.
  • Co-design and help shape the Transformation Initiatives to help OutSystems execute on its vision of becoming the most innovative organization in the world, a company that focuses on the customer, has tremendous growth and where everybody can learn to be the best they can be.
  • Help assess the degree of culture shift necessary towards our vision.
  • Develop and execute a plan that will drive sponsors to understand and foster the desired state (Help Build Organizational Commitment towards that Vision)
  • Develop and Manage the Communication Strategy to deploy the programs
  • Define and Implement the core processes that support the Key Initiatives
  • Strong understanding of management practices and business acumen to drive maximum impact on the organization
  • Location : Remote / On-site (US East Coast or Europe)

    Requirements :

  • 6+ years of professional experience in change management, culture, people management or communications
  • IT / Software industry experience preferred
  • Ability to problem solve, manage conflict, and build relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Program Management Experience desired (on cross functional programs)
  • Energetic and a creative forward thinker
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Understands how to lead change in a large organizations
  • Organized and as a methodical approach towards driving and implementing programs
  • English fluency (written and spoken) - mandatory
