As a Back-office Support for a hospitality group , you will :
Proudly provide excellent customer service by providing information about products or services,taking or entering orders, canceling accounts, or obtaining details of complaints.
Being responsible for the administrative support to the financial area, ensuring that the policies,procedures, and activities instituted are executed in time, correct, and in an effective manner.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints,or comments, as well as actions, are taken.
Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and price lists.
Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods
meet the defined specifications.
Assist suppliers through e-mails and chat.
We are looking for :
Native or Proficient in French (level C2)
Fluency in English (C1)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel.
Good communication skills.
Autonomous and able to ensure end-to-end delivery of projects.
