Description
We are looking for a full time Customer Communications Expert DE / AT for our growing Customer Communications Team EU in Lisbon.
If you speak German on a native level and you are passionate about customer communication, then we look forward to your application.
Responsibilities :
You are the main person of contact for our German speaking customers
You will be part of a global customer communication team
You answer requests via phone, email, chat and social media and initiate outbound calls to engage our loyal customers
You help to build-up our proactive customer care environment in Lisbon
You take over your own projects and are responsible for planning, execution and reporting.
Requirements
You are passionate about food
You are a strong communicator
You speak German at a native level
You have business proficiency in English
You have a Portuguese NIF
You have a strong drive to help customers and to make them happy
You have good writing skills
You are hands-on and have attention to detail
You have a strong desire to learn and are not afraid to instantly apply new knowledge.
