Missions and objectivesDrive the Key user networks within Maintenance line activities, define the priorities. Ensure that key users network is working properly and that issues resolution process is optimized.

Work closely with Business organizations to lead IT project implementation or to provide expertise in the different projects where the team is involved supporting Supply & Planning area.

SkillsStrong knowledge of Supply Chain processes. Strong experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response Tool : Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Order Promising, Safety Stock / Reorder Point and Reporting.

Ability to grasp complex issuesAbility to steer multiple stakeholders towards a common goal and to reach consensusAbility to arbitrate on decisionsExcellent communication skills, oral and writtenAbility to work autonomously in an international context Languages : English / mandatoryJob specificitiesWithin IT ERP Center of Excellence organization, the Supply domain provides support to applications such as Control Tower and Legacy Rapid Response and belonging key user networks.

This resource will drive support activities & provide all necessary expertise to the IT project teams. This includes IT SR / DR requests, enhancement request, planning, test definition and execution, user support, documentation, issue investigation and / or issue anticipation and subsequent resolutions.

Work closely with Solution Architects and Solution Consultants to help design solutions and project plans to meet Nokia needs, Configure Rapid Response analytics and data model, mapping, loading and validating data, extracting data from SAP and sending to Rapid Response (inbound) and also outbound.

Daily Monitoring of data updates and synchronization between servers, Troubleshooting and resolution, Data planning validation.

Configuration of Rapid Response Analytics and data model, Control tables and control sets configuration, User administration, creating new workbooks, alerts, scheduled tasks, and automation chains.

Develop test scripts and end-to-end testing for release from Quality to Production Environment. Analyzing and Resolving Incident tickets, creating change requests and Supporting business in post-

go live support. Involved in projects, enhancements and creating proof of concepts, demo presentation to business users and trainings / knowledge session to team members.

Also have exposure to workbooks and dashboards for Demand Planning, Supply planning, Inventory planning, Supplier collaboration, Customer collaboration integration within Kinaxis Rapid Response.

Key activities : Manage deployment of improvements / enhancements for the domain (Control Tower and Legacy Rapid Response planning tools) including Service Requests / Enhancement Request Management, Region & Business synchronization, Key User management, user communication, IT escalation management, SLA adherence and alignment between operational processes and the major projectsReview Business requirements and work with team members to develop Functional standard, harmonized requirements across all regions.

Being one point of contact for Supply domain and manage issues, document, escalate as appropriate and ensure resolution either through process change / tool adjustmentAnalyze the reports, data, perform root cause analysis and request Service provider support when necessaryBuild a strong working relationship with the Service Provider and key users network to fully understand technical capabilities of tools as well as business needsParticipate with Service Provider as appropriate for enhancement testingCoordinate user acceptance test (UAT), data validation with key-

users during system deploymentsAnticipate future needs of Key Users, Business & Process Owners related to supported applications and initiate activities to close gaps before issues ariseDefining the scope and supporting Integration of Enterprise Applications and releases of Data Integration software to maximize positive business impact across an E2E business process considering the change management.

Dependencies and implications to architecture, security, data integrity, performance and solution lifecycle.Challenging solution proposals from Software Vendors and System Integrators to ensure simplicity and usability for the business with a low cost of ownership.

Implementing application and data integration solution prototypes through standard configuration tools (not customization) to enable the investigation of the business value from innovative standard solutions.

Be the guardian of enterprise application and data integration software platforms to ensure they remain standard and do not become customized, by defining e.

g. automatic alerts at defined monitoring points, or / and KPI reporting.Requested profileBSc or MSc in relevant field Technical degree preferred or IT degree preferred.

5-7 years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid ResponseCapability to validate system solutions, design and propose alternatives from process, change, business viewpoints to best implement standard solutions.

Experience evaluating the change management impact of a proposed solution.Ability to understand the process and solution architecture E2E across multiple technologies.

Comfortable with agile, DevOps and waterfall methodologies.Can support external project teams.Understanding of the relationship between costs, schedule, quality, speed in a defining a solution and make tradeoff recommendationsLanguages : English / mandatory
