WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide advice to the businesses on customs matters, in permanent liaison with remain Tax Group and aligned with general tax strategy;
Collaborate with other members of team to provide daily support on customs (e.g. import / export and special procedures) and supply chain related matters;
Work with internal stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers, Customs' authorities and / or external consultants;
Collaborate in definition of new guidelines for customs related processes within the Group;
Monitor transactions and procedures within the Group to provide customs' assurance and / or offer solutions, and improvements proposals;
Lead daily activities of customs workstreams and / or projects.
Monitor for possible customs issues and opportunities that are relevant for Farfetch, and maintain knowledge of customs legislation and procedures; and,
Aid in the development of team members.
WHO YOU ARE
Professional with a degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Law or similar subject;
Experienced in Customs and Supply Chain affairs with 4+ years of experience;
Previous experience in fashion industry and / or e-commerce desirable
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Experienced user of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) and technology friendly;
Experience in SQL / BI on MySQL databases (not mandatory);
