Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation :

This is a key in-house strategy position for an organized, passionate and goal-oriented future leader who understands what projects have in common, and their strategic role in how organizations succeed, learn and change.

  • Drive major change initiatives across functions
  • Manage (senior) stakeholder’s relationship and secure buy-ins to project deliverables
  • Coach and groom future junior talents
  • Furthering project management capabilities and knowledge management of the team
  • Uphold and enhance the brand of Strategy & Projects with (senior) stakeholders
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead overall program, project and work streams deliverables (e.g. project planning, milestones execution and monitoring) in alignment with strategic direction
  • Identify business opportunities through development of new capabilities, and align and balance cross-divisions’ interest
  • Manage effective and timely communication on project progress and results to sponsors and senior management
  • Lead interpretation of program, project results and translate into insights to steer the project successfully
  • Effectively deploy project management toolkit across work streams to ensure high quality and consistency of deliverables
  • Coach and Manage activities of (assistant) project managers and business analysts
  • Contribute to learning & development; manage Strategy & Programs departmental activities (e.g. knowledge sharing and employer branding)
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Independently manage portfolio of tasks and handle upward communication proactively

    Change management skills of influencing network of stakeholders

    Coaching experience

    Ability to prioritize, ensure time management and organization skills

    Strong understanding of overall supply chain processes (Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP, Logistics & Customs, Commercial Supply chain, Warehousing)

    Proven track records on wide areas of tools (e.g. Project planning, process mapping, Excel analytics, etc.)

    Solid presentation and storytelling skills

    Manage project teams

    Coach junior team members through providing feedbacks to support the development and performance of the team

    Drive and manage onboarding

    Support recruiting

    Foster a team culture that encourages trust, open and constructive discussion of important issues

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in MNC environment (e.g. top tier consulting, project management, apparel / fashion, or supply chain management, background)
  • Within which 1-2 years of relevant project leadership, team management experiences
  • University degree preferred; PMP and lean sigma certification good to have but not necessar
