Data Analyst in Customer Excellence

Using data analytics and statistical methods, you will support the customer excellence teams in all key decisions related to customer experience performance, budget, NPS, CSAT, pre-sales cost, return deflections analyses. You will conduct analytics and modeling projects to develop insights and recommend actions to optimize the performance of our marketing channels You develop tech- and analytics powered solutions to improve the monitoring and steering of our customer experience KPI's You'll help us connect the dots between touchpoints within the customer journey and make decisions about tracking infrastructure, tools, data quality, and processes

What you'll do:

  • Using data analytics and statistical methods, you will support the customer excellence teams in all key decisions related to customer experience performance, budget, NPS, CSAT, pre-sales cost, return deflections analyses.
  • You will conduct analytics and modeling projects to develop insights and recommend actions to optimize the performance of our marketing channels
  • You develop tech- and analytics powered solutions to improve the monitoring and steering of our customer experience KPI's
  • You'll help us connect the dots between touchpoints within the customer journey and make decisions about tracking infrastructure, tools, data quality, and processes

Who we're looking for

  • Degree in economics, business informatics, computer science, mathematics or a related field
  • Experienced in data analysis using appropriate tools and methods (SQL, Tableau, Python, etc.)
  • BI background and/or experience as a data analyst is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive business actions from data
  • Logical, analytical approach to problems as well as detail orientation and structuredness characterize you
