Overall responsibilities and duties :
The Global Business Services Process Improvement is responsible to coordinate & promote projects of digital transformation within the GBS Center.
He / She has a strong experience of Finance and Controlling activities.
In relation with global organization (central & counterparts from GBS), he / she organizes the process improvements from the project identification to the deployment and stabilization of the project.
The main missions of the role are :
Identify new fields of process improvement in controlling activities
Contribute to technical specifications & validations :
In charge of change management :
Measure value realization
Support the team on transversal analysis
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have / be :
Minimum education level :
Degree in Finance, Controlling or Similar (others will be considered based on background experience)
Experience : At least business background and 3 years’ experience in Controlling (Shared Service Experience will be a plus)
