As RPA Junior Developer, at PAS team, you will help our firm in order to make more technological, strategic and assertive business solutions and information control.
In this context, you will work side-by-side to develop and incorporate transformative solutions that increasing controls, improving efficiencies and centralizing data.
Your key responsibilities
Support the definition and implementation of technological and strategic business solutions and controls in PAS service line;
Develop robotic process automatizations (RPA), mainly in UiPath;
Participate in requirements gathering and design of solutions / applications (functional and application logic) and respective tests;
Design and optimization of business processes, as well as development of organizational improvement programs and initiatives;
Identify opportunities for the use of technology to accelerate and enhance delivery of PAS services;
Stay abreast of current technologies and trends relevant to the PAS business;
Contribute to the team’s good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best results.

To qualify for the role, you must have
Academic Degree in Information Management, Engineering, Data Science or similar fields of studies;
Background in consulting environment is valuable;
Experience in RPA softwares, mainly UiPath;
Some knowledge about programming ( Phyton, VBA, SQL or similar) is valued;
Practical experience in standard process analysis tools, requirements gathering, process mapping, and flow chart diagramming, designing and developing databases;
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
