Responsibilities

Develop plans and strategies for business growth and achieving the company’s sales goals

Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth

Budget allocation

Team expansion and development

Define and oversee team’s KPI’s, targets, compensation and incentive programs to maintain motivation and high performance

Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function

Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting

Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions

Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and develop key relationships

Requirements :

Successful experience building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan

Strong previous experience within iGaming industry together with other industries (together around 10 years of experience)

A deep understanding of the online gaming regulatory environment

Successful experience hiring and onboarding a sales team

Successful experience building and managing a territory (include geography if necessary)

A technical understanding background of integrations and gaming products API’s on a high level

Experience providing status reports with market and customer feedback to the corporate leadership team

Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership
