With the goal to continue grow and continue to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments, they are searching for a Client Technology Manager who will be responsible for technical oversight, guidance and consultative services their customer base.

As Client Technology Manager, you will also :

  • Deploy and troubleshoot of operating systems and applications.
  • Work with Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
  • Create the design and deploy secure mobility solutions.
  • Managed their client technology.
  • Resolving high priority escalations and contributing standards and procedures to the global technology community.
  • Be in contact with executive level resources.
  • Management of third-party vendors and collaboration on proprietary client systems.
  • Ability to identify flaws in technology and promote business opportunities.
  • Co-ordinate, prioritize per customer input, and align services and resource requirements with service owners.
  • Oversee coordination of respective clients dedicated resources.
  • Working closely with internal technical teams to orchestrate the overall deliverables to the client in all delivery practice lines (Systems, UC, Network, App-Dev, Security, etc.).
  • We are looking for a professional with :

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
  • At least 5 of experience in IT management / leadership
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
  • Advanced experience with : public cloud (Office 365); cyber-security concepts (2FA, Next-gen Security design, Conditional access, DLP, Cloud Hardening, Identity Management;
  • virtualization software (VMWare vSphere or Hyper-V)

  • Advanced knowledge of communication concepts (E-Mail, Unified Communications, Dynamic Chat)
  • Knowledge of cross-platform data and mail migrations.
  • Experience working with IaaS, VDI and SaaS
  • Financial industry experience (valued)
