As Customer Service Agent you are the first contact when it comes to customer concerns in the sport sector
Your job is to advise customers on questions during and after the online shopping
It is your responsibility to help the customer in case of problems with the usage, e.g. settings of the user account, payment difficulties etc.
After an internal training, you have a very good know-how and process inquiries about payments and shipping
You maintain and enter master data of the customers, so that a thorough processing is possible
Very good language skills in German and English, oral and written
Your enjoyment of customer service and your emphatic and communicative nature is appreciated in you
You are a fashion and sports enthusiast and know how to bind the customer to the company
A structured and solution-oriented way of working is desirable in addition to good PC knowledge
