We are currently recruiting for our offices in Vilamoura / Almancil :

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST (M / F)

Profile :

Ability to adapt to new contexts;

Experience in the administrative / reception area;

Skills in planning, organizing and analyzing information;

Comply with and enforce company deadlines and procedures;

Good computer skills Microsoft Office;

Dynamism, versatility, initiative, resilience, time management;

Excellent written / spoken English (mandatory);

Excellent level of customer service and results orientated;
