Java Architect in Axxiome Health is the strategic role in the project responsible for three major areas : architecture, client, and the team.
It is also a partner for top management in improving the company s technical aspects : development process improvement, building project company portfolio, indicating the competences of the future.
Your role
Starting from the architecture : creating concepts, design processes, choosing tools, focusing on the quality.
then the client : leading customers through the software development process from proof of concepts through confirming expectations, proposing solutions, defining the target state and best practices patterns, maintaining relations.
and the team : managing tasks, answering questions, addressing problems, supporting developers, building team.

Your skills and experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in software development (minimum 4 years in Java)
Experience in Software Architecture and / or Solution Architecture
English language B1 / B2
German language B2
Experience as a Full Stack will be a plus
