The recruiter will report directly to Corporate HR Director and work together with the department heads of the river cruises business to ensure that we have the right and qualified people on board.
The Recruiter will be responsible for the sourcing, screening and hiring of all on company roles for DouroAzul. The position holder ensures this is done by doing the following :
Responsible to full cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions including sourcing, resume review, interviewing and offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience;
Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process;
Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives;
Manage recruiting databases in structured and timely manners;
Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and / or visiting universities, attending local job fairs and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions;
Create a talent pool and get people in the door while having a fantastic experience;
Creating and updating job descriptions together with the department heads;
Working with multiple talent placement agencies to assist with the recruitment process on certain roles when needed.
Finished studies with focus on HR or comparable education;
At least 3+ years’ Recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality;
General knowledge of HR processes;
Highly developed communication skills;
Highly organized and ability to prioritize tasks;
Proficiency in MS Office products and similar software;
Knowledge in SmartRecruiters is a plus;
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends.
