Position :
The opportunity is for a Technical Architect working across the Financial Services Business Process Outsourcing accounts.
With the focus being on the one of our key client. The Technical Architect is a key role in the successful delivery of the Digital Enablement Strategy for our clients and the ongoing performance improvements of the BAU services.
The digital enablement strategy includes a stream of work to upgrade and transform the existing Call Centre telephony with a target architecture based in the cloud.
Key responsabilities :
Leads and co-ordinates whole systems design process : architecture, applications and service delivery.
Establishes policy for the selection of systems architecture components.
Full updated status knowledge to provide multilevel communication with different departments
Helps to improve systems architecture design techniques and strategy decisions.
Support the Transformation programmes
Support Route Cause Analysis work carried out by BAU
Identify Technical Performance enhances and or cost saving initiatives.
Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders and fellow TA community
Promote the Digital Enablement Strategy Signs of success
To be successful in this role, you’ll need a rich combination of experience, proven skills and personal attributes :
Finished degree or professional qualification.
Achieved proficiency in the Role of Systems Architecture or Solution manager.
Prior knowledge and skills :
Shows evidence of analytical ability and attention to detail.
Has a broad understanding of all stages of systems development and service delivery.
Demonstrates good inter-personal skills.
Communicates persuasively and effectively.
Demonstrates an understanding of strategic issues.
Job requisitions
3+ years experience as a Technical or Solutions Architect.
Experience of large enterprise systems
Application of automated systems to support of specific business functions or processes
Proficient in Infrastructure Architecture, including Cloud environments, PaaS and SaaS
Proficient in Configuration Management
Proficient in Middleware Software which forms part of the operating platform infrastructure.
Ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders within Atos and the Customer
Worked on large transformation programmes
Proficient proyect status information organization and presentation in different format
Skills we’d like :
TOGAF certified
Experience of Financial institutions with Financial, Banking or CRM systems
Experience of Transitions from Legacy hosted applications to Cloud Containers and API
Experience with Mobile Application design, Chatbots
Knowledge of PCI Compliance or Card payments
Working as part of team of architects SME or as a lead architect when required
Advanced Techniques for Business Process Improvement
