The Dreamweaver Marketing Specialist role is responsible for the marketing activity across all digital platforms, from inception of campaigns through to execution and reporting.
This requires a good understanding of digital principals including email marketing, social media marketing and partnership campaigns.
The role is focused on creating high-quality and high-volume email and website advertising campaigns.
Assist the sending of marketing emails through the email marketing platform.
Understand database management, best practice of email marketing and member life cycles.
Knowledge of HTML code to create and edit email templates.
Create new high-quality email templates and campaigns when requested.
Create mock-ups for websites and landing pages to help drive design and innovation throughout the organisation.
Assist with the production of artwork, sourcing images and writing and editing copy.
Work in accordance with the strategy and briefs defined by the marketing department.
Ability to interpret briefs and work autonomously.
Manage the social media channels.
Assist with maintaining the Deals Management System (DMS) with upcoming emails.
Send alerts to notify the wider group that an email will be going out.
Undertake other duties which may be negotiated from time to time with the Manager.
Work with partners on marketing campaigns to increase memberships into the organisation.
A good understanding of digital / media placements to encourage memberships and sales.
Demonstrated experience with qualifications and / or an equivalent level of expertise and experience to undertake the role
Appropriate qualification and / or experience attained through previous appointments, service and / or study
Experience with HTML and basic css for editing and creating emails
Proven design skills and ability to create engaging content and visual campaigns
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and Dreamweaver.
Experience working in email campaign management tool; Marketo, Acoustic, Mailchimp would be preferable.
Ability to assess workload timeframes and priorities, as well as plan and deliver multiple tasks on-time (or ahead of schedule).
Must be able to work the hours of 12pm AEST 9pm AEST.
