MISSION

The person will work as part of a team supporting CO (Consulting Office) in UK, being responsible for the maintenance and high quality of Mercer systems in order to provide the most accurate information to the client, so they can make better decisions.

This will work directly and in a daily basis with the UK-based consultants in several UK offices locations.

We will count on you to :

Give support to UK Consulting team with GMP (Guaranteed Minimum Pension) rectification, performing GMP

calculations in order to rectify any issues in previous calculations

Perform data cleansing in order to find discrepancies in data and guarantee its consistency, ensuring data

quality

Analyse scheme issues and assist the UK team to provide costing reports to the clients

Support the UK team with the automatization of processes

Participate in client project activities

Manage personal workload and prioritize work to meet deadlines

Be an agent of change constantly improving processes

What you need to have :

Bachelors or Master’s degree

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Attention to detail is critical.

Strong problem solving skills & ability to clearly articulate complex issues.

Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to prioritise and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks.

Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients. Comfortable dealing with clients contacts.

Proactive and goal oriented.

Strive to achieve efficiencies in ongoing work.

Advance Microsoft Office skills (in particular a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

VBA skills (preferential).
