Job Description :

Our client based in Lisbon requires Swedish Speaking Customer Service Advisors

Customer Service Minimum Requirement :

  • Native level of Swedish (written and spoken);
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications;
  • Teamwork orientation; Strong communication skills and arguing;
  • Flexibility, availability and dynamism;
  • Ability to portray professionalism and work well in a team environment.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities :

    Answering calls and responding to emails.

    Owning the customer query and ensuring a timely resolution and response

    Ensuring customer contact is logged and updated as appropriate (training provided)
