A bout the role :
Responsible for Compensation, Equity & Mobility project planning and deployment.
Translate Total Rewards strategy and roadmaps into actionable product backlogs, organize the team's work and capacity to drive deliverables in line with established objectives and key results.
Build and drive agile project plans and routines and work & resource management tools.
Business Process Mapping - visualize work by creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and flow charts to provide direction to the cross functional team and build change management plans.
Effectively develop automation / robotics solutions to drive performance
Work with Networked Organization to identify and execute process improvement opportunities balancing both end-user and operations perspectives to drive overall value
Monitor metrics, process, pain points and business needs, recommend opportunities to improve customer experience and business process, complete root cause analysis to put mitigation plan in place
Lead projects to deploy global strategic initiatives with specific emphasis on improving systems and processes that support changes to Compensation, Equity & Mobility program designs.
Meet with decision makers, product owners, and end users to define priorities, business and financial operations requirements and systems goals.
Chart existing business processes to define current business activities for the development of future state procedures and models.
Create and maintain end to end process playbooks that comprehensively describe the process, metrics, risks, and other related items.
Execute communication, training and change plans with delivery center stakeholders and other impacted parties
Coach others, helping them to develop skills and capabilities in support of their professional growth.

3+ years of experience in process and project management
Preferred Qualifications :
Certified Scrum Master certification preferred or should be obtained within first 3 months in role
