Business Acquisition Team Leader (m / f) Ref.No. : RH YEL 027 Ovar
Your responsibilities :
Lead the costing and pricing activities to define quotations and engineering estimate prices;
Lead the related business acquisition project management tasks (from the Sales Price creation to the business award);
Steers the organization and determines long-term strategy;
Seeks future business opportunities, anticipate future challenges and prepare the organization accordingly;
Develop systems and rules to enable accurate and fast cost estimates for tooling and equipment;
Maintain and constantly improve KPIs to drive the business acquisition team;
Lead and manage the business acquisition team.
Your profile :
Master in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, if possible combined with Commercial upgrade in International Sales and Marketing;
Minimum of 7 years in the interconnect industry;
Knowledge about stamping, assembly, moulding, insert moulding, tooling and wire manufacturing processes;
Experience in manufacturing ? good understanding of plant set up, cost structure and associated accounting link;
Finance for non-financial skills.
High personal motivation and the ability to develop practical or innovative alternative approaches to meet objectives;
Strong analytical background;
Advanced English language skills;
German and French language skills (desirable);
Proficient user in Microsoft Office;
Understanding of IT system and Data Base setup;
Willingness to travel (about 10%).
