  • You will be the owner of all critical data regarding E-commerce and digital marketing business performance, including customer journey and satisfaction, ensuring measurements, reports, recommendations and guidelines to develop effectiveness and results,
  • In this role you will be the key owner for building client capabilities to enable digital marketing across web, mobile, email, Digital Management Platform (DMP), Customer Data Platform (CDP), google analytics, Datorama and power BI reporting, personalization, testing, display, search, and social ad platforms.

  • Provide expertise, vendor knowledge, and industry best practices across digital technology components including Data Management Platform (DMP);
  • Digital Analytics and Measurement; Decision Management and Personalization; Content Management; Demand Side Platforms (DSP) and Ad-Serving;
  • Core CRM skills and Manage reporting

  • Responsible for the online KPIS and main Indicators : Acquisition / Non Paid Traffic / SEO Adtech / Audiences + Datorama + CDP (Customer data platform + Studio Platform+ Google 360 ,) Funnel conversion, CRO Strategies, A / B tests.
  • with the aim of supporting the definition of priorities and strategies to conduce to sustainable growth on digital business.

  • Develop recommendations for how to best leverage information and technology to drive programs across all digital media channels including : Display specifically programmatic display across traditional and social media platforms;
  • Search; Mobile; Paid Social and Site Manage, develop and optimize traffic monitoring and Google AdWords & Google Shopping campaign.

  • Affiliate traffic management, including cooperation strategy with partner and implementation, traffic monitor, ROI analyses and improvement.
  • Work with cross functional teams inside E-Commerce, providing analysis, inputs and recommendations to improve E-Commerce performance and Online Experience

  • 5+ years in similar position in retail (fashion retail background as add value)
  • Experience with the AdTech / MarTech ecosystem, with an understanding of how technology platforms integrate with media buying tools (e.
  • g. Google Ads / Programmatic)

  • Hands on experience in architecture and design of marketing, advertising and data platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google 360, etc.
  • Expertise in Digital Management Platform (DMP), Customer Data Platform (CDP), Google Analytics, Datorama and Power BI reporting.
  • Understanding of social selling tools, customer experience management (CXM) platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, tracking, measurement, attribution, data infrastructure, customer data integration, analytic modeling, campaign management, and business intelligence systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, develop, and grow teams. Able to manage up, down and across with results
  • The ability to manage and influence cross-functional sales, marketing and technology teams, advocate for MarTech, and collaborate across the organization to create integrated solutions
