Key Account Management tasks in alignment with NAM : Account planning SWOT, OGSM, Scorecard, forecasting, Promotional planning, trade spend budget management, Implementation + Control
The hired person will be the key contact for the channel internally to cooperate with sales related departments : Customer Operations, Marketing&Trade, Logistics & Supply Chain in order to achieve max. potential of business
Support for channel objectives with a high level of teamwork and collaboration
International scope : reporting and sharing insights and plans for clients with international KAMs in Headquarters
Analyze key KPIs in the business NES, GP1, CNWC, MS, WD and track their evolution to get better results in the channel
Experience and knowledge of FMCG account / key account management / Sales - min 3 years
Traditional channel kam experience.
Location : Lisbon or nearby based + highest level of mobility to travel across Portugal (ca. 50% office based; 50% outside based )
Commercial mindset- (sales, profitability steering, balance of short term steering, mid / long term commercial strategic perspective)
Strong financial / business mindset
Strong leader and relationship manager (external and internal clients)
Results / solutions delivering mindset
