  • The HR Management Support trainee will integrate the HR Management Support team and, under the supervision of the HR Chief of Staff, will participate in various projects, such as : HR / Business Events HR Development & Communications HR Tools implementation Reporting & Monitoring HR Transversal Projects
  • Your Main Activities Are

  • Participate in the development and implementation of the - HR strategy on specific topics including employer branding, respect for persons, human capital (notably internal career mobility and talent management) and people care
  • Manage and / or support the HR projects implementation ensuring the accomplishment of the goals, a successful rollout and feedback collection
  • Support the organization of meetings and events
  • Support the preparation of the diverse internal committees
  • Design and implement events / initiatives for HR, promoting HR team animation, skills development and team buildings
  • Support the redesign of the HR Resource Center (Sharepoint), both in terms of content and format
  • Promote employee recognition programmes
  • Produce KPI dashboards to track success and improvement areas of our initiatives
  • Monitor HR policies and procedures revision
  • Support the HR Chief of Staff and other HR partners on ad-hoc topics
  • Profile and Skills to Success

  • Preferred Academic Background : Social Sciences or Human Resources
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication skills - oral & written
  • Ability to manage a project
  • Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
  • LI-Hybrid
