Our client is one of the fast-growing business in the world’s leading food, beverage, nutrition and wellness company.

Our client is seeking to hire for the Lisbon Office a Customer Relationship Centre Manager (CRC) to lead the CRC team ensuring an efficient, agile and customer-oriented operations.

Responsibilities :

Define and implement the local CRC vision and strategy by developing a strong continuous improvement spirit in the CRC channel, ensure an efficient, manage an agile and customer-oriented operations both internally and at the outsourcer's, lead the CRC operations and manage the CRC budget.

Skills :

  • University degree or equivalent (commercial or business studies);
  • Excellent level of English and communication skill (spoken and written);
  • Salesforce knowledge;
  • Experience in contact centre environment and team laeding;
  • Good capacity for implementation and / or selection of CRC tools (telephony, workforce management, quality coaching, etc);
  • Experience in an international and fast-paced environment.
