The challenge

Working in the Commercial Field Force department, this person will be the reference point to all retailers within his / her territory, being responsible for developing the Heat Not Burn category and IQOS products

You are also accountable for developing and maintaining a value-added relationship with each retailer, always keeping in mind our main goal of providing the best consumer experience to our current and future IQOS Users.

Your ?day to day?

  • Manage and develop multiple partnerships with the retailers within your territory, negotiating long term contracts;
  • Ensure correct implementation and visibility of the Heat Not Burn category within retailers, in line with PMI guidelines;
  • Ensure business conditions for engaging and converting all adult smokers towards IQOS;
  • Guarantee the best consumer experience throughout all retailers within your territory, which includes, but is not limited to, training external partners in the standards of excellence in the services we provide our customers;
  • Constantly align with different stakeholders (internal and external) in order to achieve HEETS market share and iQOS penetration targets within your territory;
  • Monitor and track the implementation of the business plan through KPIs in order to define and implement corrective / preventive actions;
  • Efficient and effective planning of resources and budget to maximize IQOS impact and ROI;
  • Proactively challenge current initiatives and propose new approaches to commercial opportunities.
  • Who we?re looking for

  • University Degree preferably in Management, Economics or Marketing;
  • Maximum of 4 Years of experience (preferably in a Sales / Commercial or Marketing role);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Energetic communication, listening skills and costumer focus;
  • The right-to-work in Portugal or EU citizenship;
  • Able to speak Portuguese and English fluently;
  • National mobility (highly preferable).
